A family-run winery specializing in Spanish and Rhône varietals — Tempranillo, Mourvèdre, Viognier — aged in a limestone cave overlooking the Pedernales Valley. Tastings are by reservation in the stone-sided tasting room; the sunset terrace is the reward for booking a late afternoon slot.
